About the School
Adult Multicultural Education Services (AMES), Victoria was established in 1951, and the school has many international students from Europe, Asia, South America, and elsewhere. AMES is located in the heart of downtown Melbourne. The school's English Language Intensive Courses are divided into four terms a year, each lasting 10 weeks. A Summer School for general English courses is run during the first 3 weeks of January each year. The school can prepare special study-tour programs for individual groups, and offers part-time courses, short courses for IELTS preparation, business English, and courses for advanced communication. Accommodation arrangement and airport pickup services are also provided for students. It is a school where you can receive high-quality classes at an affordable tuition. It is proud of its systematic, conversation-focused education and has strong ties with TAFE.
