About the School
BOX HILL TAFE's English courses are taught at two of its five campuses, the Elgar Campus and the City Campus. The courses center on General English for beginner to intermediate levels, and for intermediate and above, the program focuses on building the English skills needed to advance to TAFE or university. Classes are intensive, 4 days a week from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Upper-level classes run as an IELTS preparation program, and students taking a course of 20 weeks or more receive one free exam sitting. Library and computer facilities can be used on the same terms as TAFE students, and airport pickup and accommodation arrangement are free of charge.
