You can get help with writing résumés and with interview techniques. BROWNS Teacher Recruitment Process The BROWNS teacher recruitment process consists of four steps as follows. Step 1: Document screening / Step 2: BROWNS's own English teaching methodology test / Step 3: Interview / Step 4: Evaluation of a 2-hour lesson New Teacher Management System BROWNS does its best to hire teachers who can give students the best lessons with passion and dedication. In the first month after a new teacher is hired, they are trained on how to teach using BROWNS's own curriculum. For example, the head teacher periodically observes the new teacher's classes to check their teaching methods, exchanges feedback, and gives advice so they can teach more effectively. In addition, new teachers observe the classes of existing teachers, which helps them understand and teach the BROWNS curriculum more quickly. BROWNS Teacher Workshops At BROWNS, workshops are held every 2 weeks, where teachers discuss effective teaching methods, newly published English textbooks, websites, and more, so that all teachers receive the latest information and training. BROWNS Teaching Method Students studying at BROWNS know exactly what they are learning in every class. That is, BROWNS teachers always keep in mind what they must teach and convey in every lesson, motivating students and teaching with creativity and passion. BROWNS Teaching Equipment Every BROWNS classroom is equipped with a large flat-screen TV connected to the internet. Through the most effective audiovisual equipment, we maximize students' concentration in class. We provide more effective audiovisual lessons through interesting photos and videos, and we keep and update the latest materials for audiovisual lessons. Assessment System We measure students' improvement in English speaking ability through various assessments. Generally, assessment is based on test results and speaking interviews, and also takes into account students' achievement, participation, and homework during class.
