Step 1: Document screening / Step 2: BROWNS' own English teaching methodology test / Step 3: Interview / Step 4: 2-hour teaching assessment New teacher management system BROWNS is committed to hiring passionate teachers who will do their best to provide students with the best lessons. In the first month after a new teacher is hired, they are trained in how to teach using BROWNS' own curriculum. For example, the head of studies regularly observes the new teacher's classes, checks their teaching methods, exchanges feedback, and offers advice so that they can teach more effectively. In addition, new teachers observe the classes of existing teachers, which helps them understand and teach the BROWNS curriculum more quickly. BROWNS teacher workshops At BROWNS, teacher workshops are held every 2 weeks to discuss effective teaching methods, newly released English teaching materials, websites and more, so that all teachers are provided with the latest information and training. BROWNS teaching method Students studying at BROWNS know exactly what they are learning in every lesson. BROWNS teaching equipment Every BROWNS classroom is equipped with a large flat-screen TV connected to the internet. Through the most efficient audiovisual equipment, we maximize students' concentration in class. We provide more effective audiovisual lessons with interesting photos and videos, and we keep the latest materials for audiovisual lessons and update them regularly. Assessment system We measure students' progress in English through various assessments. In general, students are assessed through test results and speaking interviews, and their achievement and participation in class as well as their homework are all taken into account in the assessment.
