About the School
ILSC Australia centers are located in the city centers of Australia's major cities: Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Adelaide. They offer ELICOS, the general ESL program, as well as VET programs, which are specialized courses (TESOL and specialized business). You can move freely between campuses within Australia, allowing you to fully experience the charms of three different cities. ㆍ English Only Environment At ILSC Australia centers, the English Only Policy is strictly enforced: use of your native language is prohibited and all communication must be in English. This provides the best environment for actively using English and improving naturally and quickly. Since all students use only English, smoother interaction with students of many nationalities is possible. ㆍ A Wide Range of Specialized Programs In addition to the ELICOS program, we offer many more specialized programs, such as intensive communication courses, business courses, and various exam preparation courses. Through humanities courses such as English Through Yoga/Art/Film & Video, students can also choose interesting classes that are hard to experience at home. In addition, for upper-level students, we offer Australian government-accredited Certificate and Diploma programs, such as International Management and Marketing and TESOL, on a short-term or long-term basis. ㆍ ILSC Education Group's Original Curriculum and Systematic Student Management A dedicated curriculum department continuously develops diverse and original curricula. Students also evaluate the programs every month, and we aim for a student-centered teaching approach. To ensure that students' English keeps improving, a monthly Student Progress Report is issued using various assessment methods so that students' objective English ability can be identified, and students can receive advice on the areas they need through one-on-one consultations with their teacher. ㆍ Excellent Instructors and Student Services We hire only highly qualified, experienced teachers who hold TESOL qualifications. Most teachers have experience teaching English abroad, so they understand what Korean students need. In addition, counselors who have lived in Australia for a long time and can counsel in the students' native language help them with life in Australia and at school. ㆍ A Variety of Employment-Related Programs For students who want to work in Australia, we provide a variety of employment-related programs. In addition to internship programs connected with local companies, classes such as Job Ready, Cafe Work Skills, and English for Travel and Hospitality are offered, helping you gain confidence in your job search. We also offer Diploma programs held in the evening for students who cannot attend daytime classes because of work.
