About the School
Global College is a Speaking-focused school. Its flagship programs are Power Speaking Training (ESL), PIELTS (ESL+IELTS), Business English, Business Interpreting & Translation, and the TESOL program. All programs are taught with the aim of strengthening Speaking. Students receive detailed one-on-one feedback from the teacher in charge of each program, build close rapport and bonds with their teachers, and report high satisfaction as a result. In addition, there is the English for Young Learners program as a Children & Youth ESL Program, and the Family English Program as a seasonal program. English for Young Learners is currently run as an Academic Children & Youth ESL Program; based on basic English lessons such as Reading, Listening, Grammar, and Speaking, students learn the English needed for subjects such as math and science before entering a regular Canadian school. The Family English Program is a seasonal program available for registration in summer & winter, and starts on the first Monday of December. The Family English Program consists of class lessons from 09:00 to 12:00, Monday to Friday, and participation in various activity programs from 1:00 to 4:00.
