About the School
CELC Language School is an English-specialized educational institution officially licensed by the Philippine Bureau of Immigration, the Department of Education, and Cebu City. With a traditional, strict Spartan approach, we have worked for the past 5 years for Korean students who still fear English despite having studied it for more than 10 years. Our curriculum lets everyone, from beginners with a weak foundation to intermediate-and-above students who want to reach a more advanced level, study in a One-Stop way, and the school includes an all-in-one dormitory with state-of-the-art facilities. Drawing on our student-management know-how, we always strive to ensure that students can have a successful study experience with as little inconvenience as possible in both studies and daily life during their time at our school. In addition, CELC is the affiliated language school of Emilio Aguinaldo College in Manila, so it has the advantage that university credits can be recognized, and you can live with students from many countries such as China, Taiwan, and Japan, encountering other cultures while studying English. We hope you will achieve your dreams at SISCO SPARTA, where you can study English along with relaxation in Cebu, which boasts beautiful natural scenery. Location Features CELC is located in the Talisay area, 40 minutes from Mactan Airport and about 20 minutes from downtown Cebu (about 15~20 minutes by taxi, costing about 100 pesos). It is far from the busy streets and entertainment districts that are a problem for schools in central Cebu, and with little exposure to Koreans, it is an ideal location for a Spartan school aiming to improve English quickly in a short time. Class Features CELC classrooms always maintain a comfortable temperature with air conditioners and ventilation fans and are fully soundproofed so that you can concentrate on class. Every day you have 4 hours of 1:1 classes and 4 hours of group classes (freely chosen from 9 group classes) - each class lasts 50 minutes, so you study with a total of 8 teachers a day - for a total of 8 hours of regular classes, plus 2 hours of special classes (6 types) and group study. You also study the level-based words and sentences given in the morning and take a test every day before bedtime, so you study English for more than 10 hours a day, naturally overcoming your fear of English and building your ability to speak it. Various Activity Classes for All Students On Fridays, when there are no level tests, we hold in-school Activity sessions, including Debate, Presentation, Job Interview, Survival game, and Quiz contests, so that students can use English in more diverse ways than just studying it in class, which sparks interest. Students who prepared hard and showed outstanding skills receive awards and are posted on the bulletin board, which naturally encourages students to participate. The Last Class, the Graduation Ceremony Although your first arrival at the school may have been unfamiliar and scary, we hold SISCO's own graduation ceremony after classes end every Friday, hoping that the ending will be friendly and joyful. With all the teachers and friends together, we present certificates of completion and awards, give a final greeting prepared in English, with pop songs and presentations, take photos, say goodbye to the teachers, friends, and school you have grown fond of, and promise to meet again someday. Dormitory Features The CELC dormitory rooms are spacious, at 15 pyeong or more, and are equipped with an air conditioner, refrigerator, wardrobe, solid-wood single bed, personal desk, personal desk lamp, shoe cabinet, bathroom, and water heater, so that students have no inconvenience studying and resting. A wireless internet router is installed in the dormitory so you can use the internet conveniently, and a free telephone for international calls to Korea is installed for your convenience. Meals made to suit Korean tastes are served three times a day with a variety of menus, and in addition to cleaning by a dedicated housekeeper 2~3 times a week, we provide toilet paper free of charge, and a laundry service is offered 3 times a week (using a professional laundry company). Also, CELC is a school-only building newly constructed in 2008 under the supervision of the director, with clean, modern facilities that make for a pleasant environment, and the classroom building and dormitory building are on the same grounds, so there is no inconvenience in getting around. In addition, since students at a Spartan school cannot go out on weekdays, we have installed a basketball hoop and some exercise equipment inside the school grounds so that students can relieve stress by exercising, and there are also seesaws, hammocks, and rest facilities that all students can use at any time.

Surroundings
Unlike Cebu City, which is full of Koreans, Talisay, where CELC is located, has no other language schools nearby, so you will hardly see any Koreans, and the Gaisano (Fiesta) shopping mall is a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to shop and buy daily necessities. There is also a resort nearby, so you can use a swimming pool without going all the way to the Mactan resorts, and at reasonable prices you can use Vista Grande Village (clubhouse, swimming pool, basketball court, tennis court), 10 minutes from the school by car, and Alta Vista Golf Course (driving range and 18-hole course), the most famous golf course in Cebu.
