Sparta EV offers a program that combines the English learning method best suited to Korean students with strict Sparta-style academic management led directly by the school director. Sparta EV provides a highly detailed Teaching Manual for English instruction and lectures, raising the quality of classes that used to vary from teacher to teacher to a consistent standard, and it operates only as a small-group, elite-format school of a size that allows teachers and administrators to manage each student individually together. Also, believing that English education for Koreans should be delivered in a way that suits Koreans so that they can reach a certain level more efficiently and in a relatively short time, it presents a new curriculum and teaching method and adopts a qualitatively different approach to education. While keeping the existing backbone of Sparta EV intact, the program has also been adjusted to meet the needs of many students of various nationalities.
