The 3+1 dormitory system, the first and only one in Cebu, Philippines, exposes you to English 24 hours a day, raising your skills to their maximum in a short time for more effective results. On your first day at MDL, we conduct MDL's special English proficiency assessment to accurately diagnose your English level.
