The language training institution that had been located within the University of Cebu in downtown Cebu, Philippines, moved into the University of Southern Philippines on March 1, 2009, and the name of the language school was changed to RolyPoly ESL Center. Starting in 2003 as a Cebu university-affiliated language school, USP ESL INC has provided long- and short-term language training for about 20 universities across Korea and has had the quality and excellence of its education verified by more than 3,500 students, offering a systematic curriculum and instruction, and has established itself as a prestigious university-affiliated center. It now operates the ESL center affiliated with the University of Southern Philippines and is the first language school in Cebu to specialize exclusively in university-affiliated programs.
