About the School
In addition to degree programs, students can study English intensively at the Intensive English Academy (IEA). The IEA offers 30 hours of English instruction per week for 8 to 16 weeks. Classes focus on grammar, reading, writing, listening, and speaking, with TOEFL preparation as the foundation. COD offers three levels of instruction, from beginner to advanced. Class sizes are kept small to encourage motivation among students, and the faculty is dedicated to student success. There are several enrollment opportunities throughout the year, with registration available in August, October, January, March, and June. For both COD's degree programs and English programs, one year of tuition and living expenses costs only about $14,000, minimizing the burden on students.
