About the School
The teachers and staff at Manhattan Language are all university graduates with multicultural backgrounds. All teachers are native speakers and qualified instructors with at least one year of teaching experience. Some hold an MBA, and others hold master's degrees in TESOL or in gender and culture. Musicians, artists, writers, and actors also work as teachers. Because they have lived abroad, most teachers speak two languages, and some are fluent in three or more. Manhattan Language's staff understand the difficulties international students face in a new country and aim to help students as attentively and warmly as possible. To help students adapt quickly to life in New York, we offer orientation on the first day and a variety of activities every week.
