About the School
The American Language and Culture Program (ALCP) at the University of Idaho is designed to help students successfully prepare for university (undergraduate and master's) programs. ALCP is not only aimed at university admission; it also helps students stay committed to their classes and adapt to the university environment. It is an English improvement program for meeting the demands of university or graduate school coursework, with 6 levels and up to about 15 students per class.
