Founded in 1974, it offers high-quality English programs all year round. The programs are divided into reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar and more, and students can learn English for their personal goals or academic studies. It aims for small class sizes and strives to give students more opportunities. A variety of materials such as computer labs, video and audio are used in class. The general English course is divided into 6 levels. TOEFL preparation is available, and students who complete the program with good results can advance to the university's undergraduate or graduate programs without an English score. In summer, an 8-week short-term program is available.
