아델라이드 도심에 위치하며, 아델라이드 역, 전철역, 버스 정류장 등에서 도보로 5분거리. 코스는 일반 영어를 중심으로, 대학이나 TAFE, 비즈니스 칼리지 등의 진학에 필요한 영어실력과 수학능력을 양성하는 24주 단위의 아카데믹 영어 코스와 사우스 오스트레일리아 주내의 대학 등 고등교육 기관의 수업에 대비하려는 사람을위한 풀타임 및 파트타임 코스가 있습니다. 일반영어 이외의 코스를 수강하기 위해서는 중급 이상의 영어실력이 요구됩니다. 일반영어는 4단계로 나뉘어지며, 클래스당 평균 10명의 소수정예로 수업이 이루어집니다. 수업은 오전중에는 회화와 문법을 배우고, 오후에는 비지니스 영어, 관광영어, 토론, 신문연구, 일상회화, TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS 등의 시헙준비, 초급 및 고급 작문, 호주 연구 중 선택해서 수강할 수 있습니다.

ECA’s English for Direct Entry is a two-level 20-week program for students preparing for tertiary education. Level 1 is a 12-week full time program (25 hours per week) and Level 2 is an 8-week program of 20 hours per week (160 hours). It includes a one hour individual session per fortnight with your teacher. Level 1 consists of 10 one-week modules and two weeks of assessment. In this level, learners will be introduced to a range of academic genres and the cultural context of language and it is a foundation for the second level. Level 2 focuses on: a) Field-specific language and communication skills b) Research skills, and c) Preparation of research papers. The course has been developed for students who wish to have a thorough preparation for higher education studies, not only in terms of English language proficiency, but also in understanding the cultural context in which their learning will take place and be assessed. Students seeking entry to university will normally be required to complete levels 1 & 2. Students seeking entry to vocational education will normally be required to complete level 1. Entry Pre-requisites Students will be required to take an entry test, or provide evidence of results from a recognised English test e.g. IELTS, TOEIC, TOEFL.. Students will be at least 18 years old and will be intending to undertake tertiary study within 12 months of completing their English course. This four-week course gives students 100 hours of really focused Business English that can be applied in a range of business situations.
