At QAT, students will not only leave with important life skills in communication and negotiation, but also great friendships. Our graduates are encouraged to continue to communicate with us as we care about them even after they have finished their courses with us. Our focus on the academic success of our students has resulted in many happy students achieving their goals, sometimes much sooner than they dreamed of! Our teachers are all native speakers, mostly from Australia, but also from England and America. Our teachers are all highly-qualified, however, we also provide them with on-going support and training, to ensure that their classes are as interesting and effective as possible. We have the latest computers with fast Internet connection, which can facilitate our computer assisted programs. Students are welcome to use the computers during their breaks, and outside of class times for their personal research and use. QAT was established less than 4 years ago, but in this short time it has become well-known as one of the top academic English language schools in Brisbane- a place where students can be confident they will receive the help and support they need to realize their dreams!

General English At QAT, our General English Program provides you with the skills to use English in the real world. QAT is committed to helping students reach their goals. That’s why our classes include practical classes in real life situations. So, join the fun and action and improve your speaking, listening, reading and writing skills in a caring environment. Our lessons are based on the innovative “Can do!” system. This means that, at the end of each lesson, students achieve something very specific and practical. These classes also involve students in using English in the real world by engaging in real tasks and activities outside of the classroom. LEVELS:

IELTS Preparation QAT’s IELTS Preparation program is highly regarded a benchmark of excellence. We have gained an enviable reputation for successfully preparing students for the IELTS test in an efficient and thorough way, with classes being run by highly professional and skilled teachers. Our special ‘Mock Test’ system ensures that students understand their strengths and weaknesses in a realistic, yet risk-free environment. Our IELTS Preparation program also provides direct Pathways to a large number of educational institutions. This means that in many cases students can use their test results at QAT, as opposite to going through all the stress and expense of taking an official test.
