English for Academic Purpose EAP 프로그램은 단순히 학업 프로그램에 입학하는 데 필요한 수준까지 영어 능력을 향상시키는 것뿐만 아니라, 학생들이 대학에서 성공하는 데 필요한 기술을 습득하도록 돕는 것을 목표로 합니다. 이 프로그램들은 QUT에서 파운데이션(Foundation), 대학 디플로마(University Diploma) 또는 학위(Degree) 과정을 시작할 예정이지만, 필수 영어 능력 수준을 아직 충족하지 못한 학생들을 위한 것입니다.

IELTS preparation IELTS 시험에 특별히 요구되는 영어 쓰기, 말하기, 듣기, 읽기 능력을 향상하고 개발합니다. 간호학 학사(Bachelor of Nursing)를 포함하여 IELTS 7.0 (각 영역 7.0)을 요구하는 QUT 과정 입학을 위한 영어 요구 사항을 충족하도록 준비시킵니다. 이 프로그램은 보건 과학 디플로마(간호) 진학 학생들에게 패키지(연계) 형태로 제공됩니다. 핵심 교재에서 매주 수업하는 주요 구조로 나뉜 광범위한 온라인 문법 연습 프로그램이 제공됩니다. 각 교재 모듈의 주요 어휘는 연어(collocations), 단어 형성, 다양한 맥락에서의 사용 등에 대한 온라인 연습을 통해 확장됩니다. 매주의 주요 어휘 및 문법과 연계된 국적별 맞춤형 온라인 연습이 포함된 발음 수업이 있습니다. 모든 숙제는 온라인 또는 대면으로 제공 및 채점되며, 형성 평가 제출 및 피드백도 함께 이루어집니다. 교사-학생 간 소통을 위한 대면 및 온라인 피드백 플랫폼이 제공됩니다. . 10주 전일제(풀타임) . Foundation Program The QUT Foundation Program is an excellent introduction to university life. It is designed for you: to fast-track to a university award program (Diploma or Degree) after year 11 high school* to meet the academic requirements for a university undergraduate award program if you have not done so at Senior High school. * You should check requirements for a Student Visa from your country of origin. (see Department of Immigration, Multicultural & Indigenous Affairs). You will undertake either one or two semesters of 13 weeks plus examination period each, depending on your entry level, with three new intakes each year. You will need to choose your preferred faculty course before commencing the Foundation Program. You can choose to study in Built Environment (including Architecture & Industrial Design), Business, Creative Industries, (including Journalism & Multimedia/Web Design), Education, Engineering, Humanities & Human Services, Health, Information Technology, Law or Science (see Faculty Information for further details). It may be possible for you to change your study preference during your course. Students who meet the Faculty requirements are guaranteed a place in the first year of the relevant degree program. Graduates of the Foundation Program enjoy a very high placement rate in undergraduate courses at QUT and other Australian universities. A University Diploma is generally equivalent to the first year of the relevant Bachelor Degree program, and is designed for students who have completed senior high school but may not quite meet the academic and/or English entry requirements for a university degree program. The University Diploma courses are two-semester programs; each semester consists of 13 weeks of classes and an examination period. The University Diploma programs have three new intakes every year. QUT International College offers the following diploma programs: University Diploma in Business University Diploma in Creative Industries University Diploma in Information Technology In these courses you will study six first year (core) degree units, as well as two communication units which have been designed to support students’ study in the degree units. On satisfactory completion of your course requirements, you will be awarded a University Diploma.
