Founded in 1991, Bronte College of Canada is a private, co-educational boarding school that is committed to providing a learning environment that emphasizes academic excellence and individual growth. Bronte College offers courses specially formulated to meet the needs of Canadian and international students and to satisfy the requirements of the Ontario Ministry of Education Curriculum guidelines. In addition, Bronte offers special AP courses which provide students with the special opportunity of earning university credits before they even leave Bronte. School trips, sports, and clubs also help to provide our students with a well-rounded experience while they are studying in Canada. Bronte’s facilities include a newly added cafeteria and library with floor-to-ceiling-windows, a state-of-the-art computer laboratory, a student residence, and a gymnasium - all of which are inside the school. Bronte’s facilities are continually expanding and improving to better serve the needs of our students. Finally, Bronte College is situated in a quiet parkland area of Mississauga, which provides a perfect environment for academic study. The school is also close to a number of important tourist attractions, such as downtown Toronto and Niagara Falls. Hospitals, shopping malls, and movie theatres are all conveniently located near the college. * Campus The campus is centrally located in Mississauga in the Greater Toronto Area. It is situated in a quiet parkland that is conducive to learning. It is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Toronto, the financial capital of Canada, and just minutes away from all major highways and centers of business. Of particular interest is the easy 90-minute drive to the Natural Wonder of Niagara Falls, at the United States border. The campus covers approximately four acres and borders beautiful tree-lined conservation land. The school is a modern 10-storey building consisting of the residence and administration offices, as well as lecture rooms, an indoor gymnasium, and three science labs. Our newest addition houses a full food service cafeteria, mezzanine, computer lab, and a library. The cafeteria has two-storey windows, which fill the room with natural light, allowing students to enjoy the towering trees while eating meals.

Overview of Facilities At Bronte College of Canada, we believe that it is important to create a welcoming, nurturing atmosphere where students can not only learn, but also feel at home. We have geared our facilities to this end. The student residence, gymnasium, and cafeteria are key parts of creating this supportive atmosphere. Academics are a student’s top priority, and our newly added research library and state-of-the-art computer lab ensure that students will always have the resources they need to produce high-quality work. This section will describe the many facilities that are available to students, both on- and off-campus. * Overview Bronte College of Canada is a private, co-educational boarding school with all the facilities a student living away from home may want and need. The residence is owned and operated by Bronte College and is located in the school, thus ensuring a safe and comfortable stay while at Bronte College. Even though the school is co-educational, the residence is not. Male and female students are restricted to different levels of the residence building and are closely monitored 24 hours per day. The bathroom/washroom facilities are shared with four or five students in the residence and laundry facilities are also located within the building. Along with the residence, Bronte College has a full food service cafeteria catered by an international staff. The cafeteria not only provides a place for students to enjoy three meals per day (weekdays - 2 meals per day on weekends) along with an evening snack, but also a place for students to study and socialize. In order for students to achieve their academic goals, Bronte College also offers the use of a library and a computer lab. When students want some time to relax and do some physical activity, the newly renovated gymnasium may be used. Since Bronte College is located in Mississauga, Ontario, there are also many nearby facilities that students can get to either by walking or public transportation. Square One shopping centre, one of Ontario's largest shopping centers, the Mississauga Library, indoor/outdoor swimming pools, golf courses, hockey/skating arenas, and a waterfront walking/running path are a few of the facilities that Bronte students have convenient and quick access to. Bronte College is committed to providing students with the facilities they need to achieve academic excellence while at the same time feel comfortable and safe at their home away from home.

Students at Bronte College have the opportunity to participate in a variety of clubs and organizations. At Bronte, we believe that education extends beyond the classroom. For that reason, we have introduced an extensive co-curricular program that allows every student to be actively involved in the Bronte community.

Bronte College of Canada is located in the heart of Mississauga. It is just off a major highway (QEW); 25 minutes from downtown Toronto; 30 minutes from the Toronto Pearson International Airport and 10 minutes to the major shopping centre.
