TESOL Diploma Program We offer a TESOL Diploma program that conforms to TESL Canada standards and Language Canada’s Quality Assurance guidelines. It has been perfected through more than 2,000 hours of research and development and is taught by industry experts. Trainees will be able to explore teaching, learning and language through task-based, participatory and interactive practice. [Program Duration] 7 weeks (100 instructional hours, plus a 20-hour practicum) [Program Schedule*] Monday to Friday (Vancouver) 5:30 pm-9:00 pm + Practicum (Toronto) 5:30 pm-9:00 pm + Practicum (Practicum hours may vary between 8:30 am and 6:00 pm) *When a statutory holiday occurs, class hours will be made up on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. [Practicum] Trainees become classroom ready by teaching international students, alongside their TESL Canada approved host teacher, in an ILAC classroom during their Practicum week using the knowledge and skills they have acquired in the TESOL Diploma Program.
