뉴브런스위크 주의 주도인 프레드릭턴과 세인트 존스에 두개의 캠퍼스를 가진 뉴브런스윅 대학은 캠퍼스별로 독자적인 ESL 과정을 개설하고 있습니다. 프레드릭톤 캠퍼서의 ESL은 1단계가 3주로 구성되어 월요일부터 일요일까지 7일간 수업이며 마지막 주는 쉬는 형태입니다. 기간은 9월부터 4월까지로, 5월부터 8월까지는 5주과정의 여름학기입니다. 대부분의 학생들이 캐나다 가정에서 생활하며 영어만을 사용해야 하는 매우 집중적인 과정으로 많은 학생들로부터 실력향상 효과를 인전받고 있습니다. 여름학기에는 기숙사 생활도 가능합니다. 세인트 존스 캠퍼스의 ESL은 집중 영어회화 코스와 대학진학반, 5주 단기코스의 비즈니스 영어, 전문가나 직업인을 대상으로 하는 특별 프로그램 등으로 구성되어 있습니다. 집중 영어회화 코스는 각 단계 14주 과정이며 주당 23시간 수업입니다. EAP, EBP 프로그램이 개설되어 있습니다. 학생들의 개인 취향을 고려하여 홈스테이를 알선해 주고 있으며, 학생은 물론 각 가정에도 지켜야 할 규칙등을 전달, 유학생들의 편의를 최대한 배려하고 있습니다.

SUBMARINE Immersion Program
The SUBMARINE© approach incorporates "round the clock" classes and activities. Participants must sign a Commitment Contract (Pledge) to function only in English for the duration of enrollment. The Commitment Contract (Pledge) is the academic standard all participants have chosen to abide by and respect for their mutual benefit. This Commitment Contract (Pledge), the cornerstone of the UNB English Language Programme, is the key to over five decades of success with our total intense immersion method. All SUBMARINE© Immersion formats have the following features: - quality control management throughout the experience - residential approach: clients live in English while learning - non-stop curriculum: days, nights and weekends - environmental classroom: teaching extended into the community - portability: techniques for continued post-course development International Clients are advised to take a minimum of two three-week modules.
Two-Week Intensive Course (Executive)
This format is an intensive immersion course. It consists of 35 hours per week for two weeks, plus a workshop on the weekend in between. - customized to meet participant needs/priorities - different facilitators each hour - personalized scheduling - individualized attention - progress monitored on a daily basis - fee includes tuition, text materials, meals, and accommodations
Intensive English Course
Intensive English: Term Format The focus is primarily academic in nature. These formats offer maximum benefit to participants wishing to upgrade their English for university study. - Monday through Friday - 23 hours per week - individualized timetable - exposure to various teachers - UNB recreational facilities pass, UNB Library card
