학교 소개
Vancouver Formosa Academy has been established as a bridge between the students' education in their home countries and their senior high school education in Canada. In our school, we prepare students academically and culturally for success in this country. Since Vancouver Formosa Academy first opened its doors to students in 1989, we have welcomed students from Canada, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Macau, Poland, France, Austria, Mexico, Russia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Kazakhstan, Saudi Arabia, Vietnam and Venezuela. Over the years, we have watched proudly as our graduates have gone on to success in the public or independent senior high school systems and enter the finest universities in Canada. Caring for Each Individual In our small classes, teachers give the students the individual attention necessary to help them fully understand content material in a second language. With an emphasis on language skills and personal study techniques, we produce competent and independent students. V.F.A. offers a wonderful educational experience. Along with classroom instruction that demands the best from students, there are many field trips and extracurricular activities that encourage participation in Canadian society.
