Certificate in English Language SIT’s range of English Language courses are ideal for students whose first language isn’t English. We offer English courses catering for skill levels from beginners to advanced. Offered at the Invercargill Campus, the English Language courses are held in SIT International House, meaning students are studying in a supported environment but close enough to the main campus to enjoy the kiwi experience alongside domestic students. English Language courses cover the fundamental areas of reading, writing, listening and speaking, with advanced papers providing students the means to conduct themselves fluently in English in social and corporate situations. The courses are offered in multiple intakes across the year providing flexible study options – all courses run for 19 weeks.
