English Language Training
English Language Training > The Certificate in English Programme has 6 levels Introductory - Upper Internediate > It will: increase the student’s language proficiency in speaking, listening, reading, writing, and grammar. prepare students for individual, vocational, social and/or further study goals. teach English for everyday life. familiarise students with New Zealand cultural expectations. develop the students’ study skills. > Included in the programme: Special interest topic classes ESOL Language Learning Unit (i.e., Self Access Centre) Multimedia Language Learning Suite (i.e., Language Laboratory) Computer Laboratory
IELTS - Part-time
This nine-week, part-time course (four hours per week) focuses on the reading, writing, speaking and listening skills needed for the IELTS examination. Students are provided with opportunities to practice exam techniques and work within a timeframe.
