본교는 University of Westminster 캠퍼스내에 위치한 부설센터로 광범위하고 체계적인 프로그램들로 세계각처의 학생들을 불러 모으고 있습니다. 대학부설센터이니만큼 강사진들의 실력면에서 어느 영어센터 못지않은 전문인력들의 지도와 가르침을 받을 수 있으며, 대부분이 영문학, 언어학, 교육학분야의 학사, 석사 출신들로 구성되어 국제학생들의 영어 학습의 어려운 점을 충분히 파악하여 지도와 격려를 아끼지 않고 있습니다. 일반영어프로그램이외에도 대학진학영어, 비지니스영어 과정등이 제공되고 있으며, 여름에는 법, 사진분야와 관련한 영어 프로그램들도 제공되고 있습니다. 특이하게도 월요일부터 금요일까지 점심시간을 이용하여 매일 한시간씩 무료로 학생들을 특별하게 배려하는 청강 수업이 제공되고 있으며, 영국 문학, 영국 문화, 영문법, 인터넷 영어, 사진분야등의 다양한 주제를 다루고 있습니다.

Level: Pre-intermediate to Upper-intermediate 15 hours a week Monday to Friday 8.45am – 12pm 15 hours a week Monday to Friday 2.00pm – 5.15pm These courses will increase your ability and confidence in your general English language skills with an emphasis on vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation. Each course includes: ■a placement test to assess your level ■a coursebook as well as authentic learning materials ■personal tutorials with your course tutor ■a certificate for minimum 80% attendance ■progression advice at the end of the course
Level: Upper-intermediate to Advanced 25 hours a week Monday to Friday 9.45am – 1pm & 2—4pm This course will develop your English language skills and also prepare you for study at an English-speaking university. On this course you will improve: ■the accuracy and range of your English ■your speaking skills for presentations, discussions and seminars ■your essay writing and report writing skills ■your skills at reading academic texts effectively ■your ability to understand lectures and seminars ■your use of research methods and resources
Level: Intermediate to Upper-intermediate 15 hours a week Monday to Friday 8.45am –12pm This course will increase your ability and confidence in your general English and prepare you for the IELTS exam. It will improve your English skills to the level you need to be successful in the exam and is suitable for students at Intermediate level and above. The fee includes the IELTS test at the end of the course.
