ㆍMonWedThur 9-2pm Jan 10-April 4 While teaching ESL, this program incorporates Serv-Safe Certification, covering health and safety during hands-on food preparation. This course is divided into kitchen and classroom sessions each aimed at preparing the student for the food handler’s certifying exam which will be given immediately upon completion of the local regulations training. Food service, culinary and equipment terminology, stock, soups and sauces and manning professional chef’s station are also included. <RWV 07 Writing for Advanced Non-Native Speakers of English $100>
