Our mission is to deliver quality education and outstanding service so as to help students reach their highest academic potential. Goal Training Educational Center, established in 1995, is an Illinois State Board of Education certified institution. The school offers programs designed to meet the needs of both individuals and businesses from all around the world. These programs provide quality English language instruction in such areas of study as Intensive English, TOEFL Preparation, Business English, Advanced Grammar and Conversation, and American Culture; they are designed to assist students in enhancing their language and intercultural skills.
