Lado International College는 1977년에 설립되었습니다. 저희 학교는 English to Speakers of Other Languages(ESOL)를 전문화하고 있으며, 학생의 영어 실력을 최상의 수준으로 이끄는데 목적을 두고 있습니다. Lado에서는 학생에게 대학 공부 및 전문적인 직업 준비 교육을 제공합니다. Robert Lado 박사는 말하기, 듣기, 읽기, 쓰기로 총 네 가지 교수법을 개발하였으며, 본 교수법은 조직된 강의표를 통해 능률적인 영어 학습의 기회를 제공합니다. 학생들로 하여금 기능적인 영어 회화보다는 훨씬 더 높은 수준의 정확한 영어 회화와 작문 교육을 제공하는 것을 목표로 삼고 있습니다. 영어 집중 프로그램에 등록한 학생들은 1년 안에 대학 수준의 영어 실력에 도달할 수 있으며, 대부분의 학생들은 TOEFL 테스트에서 높은 점수를 획득하고 있습니다. Lado International College에서는 특별한 비자를 요구하지 않습니다. 이민자의 비자가 아닌 다른 비자뿐만 아니라 F-1 비자를 가지고 등록할 수 있도록 연방법 아래 공인되어 있습니다. 또한, Lado International College에서 제공하고 있는 교육 프로그램은 Accrediting Council for Continuing Education & Training의 공인 위원회에 의해 유효하며, 미국 교육부 장관에 의해 공인된 미국 기관 목록에 실려 있습니다. 공부하는 동안의 숙박은 Lado에 거주하는 동안, 가정집, 공동 자취생활, 아파트 또는 호텔과 같은 숙박 시설을 찾을 수 있도록 도와 드립니다. 개설과정 Morning Intensive, Evening Semi-Intensive, Saturday, Private Tutorials, Afternoon Workshops

ㆍHours per Week: 18 hrs+ You can combine this program with Workshops and create Intensive Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum Premium Packages. These packages combine full time morning courses with your choice of 1 to 4 additional Premium Workshops per week in the afternoons. Learn English fast and enhance your skills while choosing a schedule that is best for you. Intensive Bronze - Combine LADO’s Intensive Program with 1 Workshop of your choice per week. The Silver Spring Center is located on the 1400 block of Spring Street Between First and Second Avenues. It is three blocks from the Silver Spring Red Line Metro Station. Major roads near the school are Georgia Ave., Colesville Road (route 29) and 16th Street.
The center is situated within walking distance of City Place Mall, hotels, restaurants, public transportation, and has easy access to parking. It is served by metrorails' Silver Spring station, just three short blocks away, so it is easy to reach the best of DC. Wheaton Plaza and Montgomery Mall are only a few Metrobus stops away. Other attractions within an easy commute are the Mormon Tabernacle, the Montgomery County Fairgrounds, Glen Echo Park, Sligo Creek Park, and the Shrine of the Immaculate Conception.
