ESL Programs
English as a Second Language (ESL) is our most popular Intensive English Program. 18 hours per week / 4-Day Schedule Monday-Thursday / 8:45 a.m.-1:15 p.m. It combines 3 classes: Listening & Speaking Focuses on the conversation, pronunciation, and listening skills needed to become fluent in spoken English. Students progress from basic conversation skills in the lower levels to meaningful use of newly acquired language functions and vocabulary in the higher levels. Reading & Vocabulary Focuses on essential reading skills, like scanning, skimming, and comprehension. Vocabulary use is also stressed in the reading passages and in verbal communication. Students progress from basic reading and vocabulary skills to more academic and complex skills at the higher levels. Grammar & Writing Focuses on grammar for spoken English at the beginning and intermediate levels and academic writing in the upper intermediate and advanced levels. Students start with basic survival skills at lower levels and progressively build on familiar grammatical structures by formulating more sophisticated sentences at higher levels to facilitate communication beyond the practical level.

Conversation Program
Conversation Program (18 hrs/wk) The Conversation Program is designed to improve your pronunciation, idiom usage, and fluency skills. You will be able to practice and use the skills necessary for real-world situations in English. The Conversation programs is broken down into two levels: Intermediate Conversation Program: Conversation Management and Accent Reduction (CMAR) Focus on Idioms (FOI) Role Play Practice (RPP) Advanced Conversation Program: Conversation Management and Accent Reduction (CMAR) In-Depth Communication (IDC) In-Depth Discussion (IDD)
Business English
Business English (18 hrs/wk) The Business English Program consists of three classes: Business Communications, Business Theory & Meetings, and Business Practice. This course will prepare you for all aspects of the business world, from presentations to PowerPoint, negotiating to socializing, and phone skills to letter-writing. Get ahead in your chosen field!
