우수한 집중 어학 연수(ESL) 프로그램과 아름다운 캘리포니아를 함께 체험할 수 있는 본교로 여러분을 초대합니다. 주당 21시간 수업으로 독해 & 작문, 회화, 통합 언어 스킬 개발, 문화 토픽, 토플 iBT 준비 등을 중심으로 짜여진 프로그램입니다. 미국 내의 4년제 대학 혹은 단과대학을 진학하려고 하는 학생들을 위해 저희 ESL프로그램은 특별히 디자인된 수업을 제공합니다. 본교의 아카데믹 영어 프로그램(English for Academic Purposes)은 외국 학생들의 미국 대학 진학시 미국 학교에서의 수업 준비를 돕기 위한 프로그램입니다. 본 커리큘럼에는 청취 및 독해 전략, 어휘 향상, 토론 및 발표 기술, 학문 리서치 및 작문 등의 수업이 있습니다. 비즈니스나 실무 목적으로 영어를 공부하는 학생들을 위해서는 실무성공을 위한 언어 능력 및 전략에 초점을 맞춘 고급 교양과목을 제공합니다.

Intensive English Program If you are interested in improving your English language skills, join our ESL program. Students attend 21 hours of class per week and focus on writing & grammar, reading & vocabulary, oral communication, TOEFL iBT preparation, and specific relevant content areas such as intercultural communication, career exploration, American culture & politics, and media & digital literacy. If you plan to attend college in the United States, English for academic purposes courses will prepare you for the American university classroom. For students pursuing English for professional reasons, advanced-level electives focus on the language skills and strategies that will help you succeed in your career. Our mission is to create an innovative learning environment where students work collaboratively on meaningful tasks. Building academic, intercultural and language skills, students gain the knowledge, learning strategies and confidence necessary to achieve their own goals in the classroom and beyond.
