The Intensive English Language Institute at Midwestern State University provides quality English as a Second Language instruction and support services to non-native speakers of English who wish to develop their English language skills in order to achieve personal, professional, or educational goals. The IELI has four (4) levels of English language courses, each of which includes content-based courses in communicative grammar, composition, reading, culture, vocabulary, and conversation. In addition, the IELI features small classes (average of 12 students per class); experienced and professional faculty; state of the art facilities; and a variety of cultural and social activities.
