Three comprehensive campuses offer university transfer courses, professional-technical career training, libraries, bookstores, and student services. There are also five centers and many other locations throughout the community. Together, these constitute the Extended Learning Campus.

Portland Community College has three comprehensive campuses that are large, full-service facilities, offering university transfer courses, professional-technical career training, libraries, bookstores, and student services. These are: The Cascade Campus It is the anchor of a neighborhood in the midst of transformation. Located in the middle of the most culturally diverse section of Portland, Cascade offers a range of programs as varied as the community surrounding it. The Rock Creek Campus It is situated about 12 miles west of downtown Portland, in the rapidly growing Beaverton.Hillsboro area of Washington County. The campus' concrete and wood structures fit nicely into the rolling hill farmland, creating a pristine study environment. The Sylvania Campus It is located just 10 minutes from downtown Portland in southwest Portland between Lake Oswego and Tigard. The campus opened in 1968 and rests on a gently sloping hillside, bordered by a forest of Douglas firs, oaks, maples and alders. It offers breathtaking views of Tualatin Valley, Bull Mountain and the Oregon Coast Range.
