TCC has both day time and evening ESL classes which are offered on the Virginia Beach campus only. You may attend TCC as a full-time ESL student or as a part-time ESL student. Students may take an ESL class on grammar and writing, oral skills, and/or reading. The ESL Program at TCC is very popular. Therefore, the ESL classes fill very quickly, If an ESL class is filled, no more students are allowed to register for that class. It is very important that you do not wait any longer to take the Placement Test so that you can register for classes.
