Intensive English Program ELI의 집중 영어 연수 프로그램의 학생들은 개인의 어학능력에 따라 말하기, 듣기, 작문, 문법 분야에서 Low Intermediate, High Intermediate, Advanced의 세 단계로 나뉩니다. 학생들은 매 학기 초에 치루는 배치고사 성적에 따라 개별적으로 단계에 배정됩니다. 기초단계의 영어과정은 제공되지 않으며 영어수준이 미달될 경우에는 다른 영어 프로그램을 수강하게 됩니다. 영어프로그램의 교육과정은 학생들의 학업, 직업, 개인의 성공을 위한 영어능력 개발에 초점을 두고 있습니다. 학생들은 교육과정을 통해 영어작문(구조, 정확성, 작문), 말하기(유창함, 발음, 프레젠테이션), 읽기 (어휘, 이해도), 듣기 (수업이해, 라디오 TV, 생활영어), 영어 문법의 능력을 키울 수 있습니다. 토플 시험장이기에 학내에서 토플시험에 응시할 수 있으며 토플 수업을 선택적으로 들을 수 있습니다. 학생들은 독립적으로 시청각, 컴퓨터, 현대적인 멀티미디어 센터를 이용하여 영어 실력을 개발 할 것을 추천해 오고 있습니다.

Professional and Academic English Program: Summer Only The English Language Institute's Professional and Academic English program immerses students in culture and language experienced in academic and professional environments. This is an intensive, 6-week program developed by the ELI for international students who will attend graduate programs in the US or require English in a professional capacity. This program is designed with a high level of proficiency, therefore students must show proof of being accepted to a US graduate program or have a TOEFL iBT score of 80or IELTS of 6. Classes meet for five hours a day, four days a week. Program size is limited to 15 students. Dates: June 15 through July 24, 2015 Application deadline: May 15, 2015 Please apply as early as possible to avoid delays. The ELI issues I-20s for student visas for study in this program. If an applicant has also been accepted to a graduate program, the I-20 will be transferred from the ELI to the relevant university at the end of the PAEP program.
