Comprehensive English Language Program The Comprehensive English Language Program (CELP) provides you with the opportunities to study English in an English-only environment. Improve your abilities to speak, comprehend, read, and write in English. Daily instruction Monday through Thursday will provide you with the time to interact and use English on a daily basis; three classes in a semester will allow you to study Oral Communication daily; and for twice a week you will have the opportunity to study media and writing. WBU's experienced and dedicated faculty members are eager to work with all our students.
