Queensland Academy of Technology (QAT)

Welcome to the Queensland Academy of Technology (QAT) and to Australia. For many students this can be an exciting time in which to expand their academic and personal life experiences. At QAT, we hope that you will experience many cultures in an environment of cultural harmony and empowerment where you will be able to achieve your academic and personal goals. You will learn English with experienced and dynamic teachers who will help you to communicate and share your ideas. Being a part of this process will open a whole new world of learning where you will begin to achieve more than you dreamed of. QAT aims to assist our students by opening up pathways to go on to further studies and to achieve other personal goals. At QAT, students will not only leave with important life skills in communication and negotiation, but also great friendships. Our graduates are encouraged to continue to communicate with us as we care about them even after they have finished their courses with us. Our focus on the academic success of our students has resulted in many happy students achieving their goals, sometimes much sooner than they dreamed of! Our teachers are all native speakers, mostly from Australia, but also from England and America. Our teachers are all highly-qualified, however, we also provide them with on-going support and training, to ensure that their classes are as interesting and effective as possible. We have the latest computers with fast Internet connection, which can facilitate our computer assisted programs. Students are welcome to use the computers during their breaks, and outside of class times for their personal research and use. QAT was established less than 4 years ago, but in this short time it has become well-known as one of the top academic English language schools in Brisbane- a place where students can be confident they will receive the help and support they need to realize their dreams!
