The existing Philippine e-quarantine declaration form was

something you filled out through the One Health Pass.

But starting October 17th,

did you know this form has changed to the eARRIVAL CARD?

You must fill out this card when entering the Philippines,

and it should be thought of not as an entry declaration but as a health status form submitted to the quarantine bureau.

It's a bit more simplified than the previous process, and the basic entry items are actually similar.

Please read today's post carefully,

and be sure to fill it out before departing for the Philippines :)

Things to Check for the eARRIVAL CARD?

- The eARRIVAL CARD can be registered starting 72 hours before departure time (flight boarding time).

- Registering for the eARRIVAL CARD is free 

- Everyone must fill it out regardless of age, gender, nationality, or vaccination status.

- Can be filled out on PC or mobile

- Must be written in English, filling out all required fields

- The QR code cannot be reused

: You must re-register if you change your date

- If you are required to submit a negative test result, you must register after receiving your negative test certificate

- After entering your information, a QR code is generated, and you can save it by taking a screenshot

Now that we've covered the essential things to check for the eARRIVAL CARD,

once you've got all of this down, just go to the link below and fill it out.

eARRIVAL CARD Site

1. Go to the site above and click the (Register) button

2. If you are a Korean national, select Foreign National

3. Check the checkbox and click Continue

: This means you agree that everything you entered is true and consent to having your registered personal information verified by the quarantine bureau.

4. Enter your flight schedule and vaccination status

: Be sure to check your ticket and enter this accurately,

and since you're traveling by plane, select AIRCRAFT PASSENGER.

For the purpose of visit, select HOLIDAY/PLEASURE/VACATION,

and since language students need a return ticket within 30 days,

please enter your length of stay as within 30 days

5. Enter your personal information

: For language students, select RESIDENCE,

and for travelers, select HOTEL.

For your language school address, enter an address ending in ST or RD in the STREET field,

and enter the city name in the PROVINCE field (e.g. Cebu, Clark, etc.).

In the CITY field, enter the city listed in your address. 

6. Vaccination confirmation step

: If you've received your second vaccine dose, you must upload a negative test certificate.

Upload your negative test certificate after taking a PCR or rapid antigen test,

and for the health-related items, read them carefully and select NO for all if they don't apply to you.

7. Once you've filled out all the fields and submitted, a QR code will be generated

you don't need to print it out — you can just take a screenshot

of your mobile or computer screen and use that.

That's how to fill out the newly changed eARRIVAL card.

Departure-related rules can always change, so it's a good idea to double-check and prepare carefully, right?
