One of the things you must prepare when applying for a VISA
is exactly this: the medical examination.
Since the required documents differ by visa and by hospital,
it's best to contact the hospital in advance before visiting
and make a reservation before you go.
Now, for Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK,

Items to bring Original passport, 1-2 passport or ID-style photos (taken within the last 6 months),
for Australia Working Holiday, bring the Health Undertaking form after applying for the visa
**Check the text message sent by the hospital and bring the required items when you visit
- Be sure to make a reservation with the hospital before visiting for the exam
- Avoid heavy drinking, overexertion, or your period the day before the exam
- Mark the purpose of the exam as "study abroad," not employment
- The study period listed on the exam application form isn't critical,
so just fill in a reasonable duration.

- Fasting before the exam is not required.
- If you wear glasses or contact lenses, please wear or bring them
- A urine test can only be done once your period has fully ended.
- If you have a history of tuberculosis and it has been more than 3 months,
you must bring a copy of your X-ray film.
If you were told to bring any additional documents, please bring those as well.
- If you're taking medication for a chronic condition such as high blood pressure, diabetes, or thyroid issues,
you'll need a copy of the doctor's prescription.
- If you've had surgery or long-term treatment for cancer, tumors, thyroidectomy, etc.,
or need ongoing medication, or have epilepsy, an intellectual disability, or a mental health condition, you must prepare an English-language medical report.
*For anything else medical, please be sure to check with the hospital's examining doctor,
and if there are any abnormal findings, please let us know through the study abroad agency without delay.
